Your Next Adventure: Art with Heart

The distance between Hallberg Center for the Arts, Wyoming, MN, and the 210 Gallery and Arts Center in Sandstone, MN, is about 58 miles. With a stop at Pine Center for the Arts in Pine City, MN, (which is in between the aforementioned towns) you’ll experience a lovely “Art Immersion.” Depending on the individual gallery’s hours, and considering how much time you like to observe art, you could make this a half day trip.

My husband and I, however, chose to take our time and enjoy the sights and atmosphere of each of the three small towns. Sometimes it was the simple pleasure of chatting with a local, or sampling the menu at a nearby cafe. The pace is different, and it felt good to breathe. There is a lot of tradition proudly on display along Old Hwy 61, and I was glad my husband and I were able to experience as much as we could squeeze in on this art-themed adventure!
